Anders worked with me closely and step-by-step realizing this model from a vintage sears’ ad i found, this ad was very vague and discolored. From such an idea, he and his workshop developed a “digital sketch” and made the shoes into life.
THe whole process was very smooth, prompt and communication happened very frequently – I was informed of every step they made (pun extremely intended!) til the final delivery.
for such a low/’entry-level price, The shoes exceeded all expectations! they are well-made, well-finished, the lasting and welting are clean, the outsole stitch is nice and “organic”.
The last fit is slightly large to size though, do size down on this eagle last.
no doubt it was a 5-star experience!!
