We have differant return policies depending on  product type, non returnable items and returnable items. These can be catogarised as such:

Non- returnable products:

  • Made to order(MTO)
  • Bespoke
  • Pre-order fees
  • Crowdfunders

Returnable products:

  • Shoes purchased from stock
  • Accessories( not including inner soles belonging to shoe purchase)

Only for returnable items, please see list above, we offer a 14 days return from delivery of order.  Please e-mail us at info@aceofspadesshoes.com before returning or exchanging an item. For sale items we offer a 7 day refund policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange on a returnable item, your item must be returned in the following conditions

  1. The shoe must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. You may try on the shoe on a carpet of fabric, protecting the sole and using a shoe horn. 
  3. You may not cause excessive creasing, we only accept returns in perfect condition.
  4. Original packaging must be undamaged
  5. Follow our return instructions 
We will attch a return note in the order using DHL express, you may choose to use this or arrange shipping yourself. By using our DHL express account we will subtract the shipping cost on the refund.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we accept a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For the return labels to be applicable properly, please provide an e-mail address upon order.
